“联想MFC”(MFC是Multi-FunctionCenter的缩写)是联想集团推出的一种“六合一”型多功能计算机外设产品,它具有普通纸激光传真、激光打印、连续复印、扫描、PCFAX、信息中心六种功能,可以取代传统的传真机、打印机、复印机、扫描仪、PCFAX卡和应答电话等办公设备。 与传统的分离式办公设备相比,“联想MFC”具有以下优点:一、集成化设计使成本下降,与分别购买各种专用办公设备相比价格低廉。二、体积小巧,占有空间小。三、与计算机相结合,可以实现许多普通办公设备没有的功能,如扫描、字符识别、PCFAX(无纸传真)等。四、六种功能使用相同的控制面板,操作上比使用六种不同的设备更加方便简单。
