目的:观察中西医结合治疗骨质疏松引起的骨痛临床效果。方法:240例患者采用常规西医+中草药内服外用+椎旁神经脉冲射频综合治疗手段。结果:显效209例、好转13例、无效18例,总效率87.08%。结论:中草药内附外用结合西医的神经脉冲射频起效快,创伤小,安全,并可重复治疗,是介于保守治疗和手术之间的有效办法。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis caused by osteoporosis. Methods: Two hundred and forty-four patients were treated with conventional western medicine + Chinese herbal medicine for external use + paravertebral nerve pulsed radio frequency comprehensive treatment. Results: 209 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were improved, 18 cases were ineffective and the total efficiency was 87.08%. Conclusion: The combination of Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine has the advantages of rapid onset, minimal trauma, safety and repeatable treatment of radioembolism. It is an effective method between conservative treatment and surgery.
