卵巢癌治疗中的主要问题是高复发率和产生耐药性。肿瘤干细胞具有无限增殖的能力,对药物的耐受性增加,提示肿瘤干细胞与化疗耐药的关系密切。从耐药卵巢癌细胞中可分选出具有特定表面标志的肿瘤干细胞,其为肿瘤形成提供可自我更新并在传代中保持肿瘤特性不变,是卵巢癌耐药性产生和复发的根本原因。利用卵巢癌干细胞表面标志分子的特异性,使化疗药物选择性地与卵巢癌干细胞结合,彻底消除肿瘤复发和耐药根源,可为卵巢癌患者提供更有效的化疗方案。
The main problems in the treatment of ovarian cancer are high recurrence rates and drug resistance. The ability of tumor stem cells to proliferate indefinitely and their tolerance to drugs increase, suggesting that tumor stem cells are closely related to chemoresistance. Cancer stem cells with specific surface markers can be sorted out from drug-resistant ovarian cancer cells, which provides the tumor formation with self-renewal and maintain the same tumor characteristics in the passage, is the root cause of ovarian cancer drug resistance and recurrence. Using the specificity of ovarian cancer stem cell surface marker molecules, chemotherapeutic drugs can selectively combine with ovarian cancer stem cells to completely eliminate the root causes of tumor recurrence and drug resistance, which can provide a more effective chemotherapy regimen for ovarian cancer patients.
