在输气场站阀门是最基本的设备,数量和种类也较多,常见的阀门有球阀、节流截止阀、调压阀、旋塞阀等。节流截止阀作为输气场站必用的阀门,常常用于排污管线、放空管线中,而且和球阀配套使用,以便在进行设备放空、排污操作时,通过节流截止作用起到安全操作的目的。节流截止阀虽然有很好的密封作用,但在输气场站也出现内漏问题,尤其是安装在高压至低压设备中间的管线中时,内漏问题比较多,而且也是风险较高的环节。本文通过阐述节流截止阀在站场的使用和出现内漏情况,分析出现内漏的原因,从而提出处理和预防内漏问题的方法,降低输气场站的风险。
