本文测定了氟罗沙星对临床分离菌株的MIC和MBC,氟罗沙星对全部菌株的MIC50和MIC90分别为0.25mg/L和4mg/L。时间-杀菌动力学研究表明,氟罗沙星对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌时间约为4h和7h,本文分析了最低抑菌浓度MIC的影响因素,结果显示低pH条件可降低氟罗沙星的抗菌活性。
The MIC and MBC values of fleroxacin against clinical isolates were determined. The MIC50 and MIC90 of fleroxacin for all isolates were 0.25 mg / L and 4 mg / L, respectively. Time-bactericidal kinetics studies showed that the sterilization time of fleroxacin against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was about 4h and 7h. The influencing factors of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that low-pH conditions could reduce the concentration of fleroxacin Antibacterial activity.
