四缸柴油机广泛用于拖拉机上。其不平衡的二级往复惯性力,必将激起整机振动。本文通过理论和测试结果的分析表明,其振动对人体和拖拉机的影响是突出的,特别是拖拉机临界转速(共振转速)在其常用的工作转速范围之内,影响尤其突出。因此与驾驶员工作直接接触的座椅、方向盘、脚油门支承构件的结构设计和布置应考虑发动机不平衡力的影响。尤其是对人体影响较大的座椅弹性支承元件,应在两个频段——地表因素激起振动的频段和拖拉机常用工作转速范围内发动机不平衡惯性力激起振动的频段,特别是可能激起拖拉机共振的临界转速频段,起明显的减振作用。本文蓝对应配置二级往复惯性力平衡机构的四缸机的起始缸径尺寸提出了参考意见。
Four-cylinder diesel engine is widely used on tractors. Its unbalanced second-order reciprocating inertial force will inevitably cause the whole machine to vibrate. Through the analysis of the theory and test results, this paper shows that the impact of vibration on the human body and the tractor is prominent, especially the critical speed of the tractor (resonance speed) is within the range of its usual working speed, the impact is particularly prominent. Therefore, the driver’s work in direct contact with the seat, steering wheel, foot throttle support structure design and layout should consider the impact of unbalanced engine. In particular, seat elastic supporting elements that have a great impact on the human body should be vibrated in frequency bands that cause vibration in the two frequency bands, the frequency band in which the ground element causes vibration, and the unbalance inertial force in the normal working speed range of the tractor. In particular, From the critical speed of tractor resonance frequency band, played a significant role in damping.
