七十年代以来,瑞典等国在混凝土楼板和地面工程中较广泛地采用真空处理。混凝土真空处理的要点是坍落度10厘米左右的混凝土,经振捣后,在其表面放上真空吸盘,将混凝土中部分多余水吸去,一般可使混凝土内部水分减少20~30%。由于降低了混凝土的水灰比以及真空处理过程中在大气压的作用下,混凝土表面承受7~8吨/米~2的压力,提高了混凝土的捣实程度,因而真空处理后的混凝
Since the 1970s, Sweden and other countries have adopted vacuum processing more widely in concrete floors and ground works. The main point of concrete vacuum treatment is concrete with a slump of about 10 cm. After vibrating, a vacuum sucker is placed on the surface to suck away excess water from the concrete, which generally can reduce the moisture within the concrete by 20 to 30%. Due to the reduction of the concrete’s water-cement ratio and the effect of atmospheric pressure during vacuum treatment, the concrete surface is subjected to pressures of 7-8 tons/m2, which increases the compaction degree of the concrete and thus the coagulation after vacuum treatment.
