采用琼脂扩散法用盐酸恩诺沙星和其它4种抗菌药对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行了体外药物敏感性试验研究。结果表明,对大肠杆菌的敏感度分别为盐酸恩诺沙星和卡那霉素呈现高度敏感;增效磺胺嘧啶钠和硫酸庆大-小诺霉素呈现中度敏感;氨苄西林呈现低敏;对金黄色葡萄球菌的敏感度分别为盐酸恩诺沙星、卡那霉素、氨苄西林和硫酸庆大-小诺霉素呈现中度敏感;增效磺胺嘧啶钠呈现低敏。联合药敏结果是盐酸恩诺沙星和卡那霉素联合对金黄色葡萄球菌呈现相加作用,盐酸恩诺沙星和氨苄西林联合对大肠杆菌呈现相加作用,其它的联合作用对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都呈现无关作用。
An in vitro drug susceptibility test of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was carried out using agar diffusion method with enrofloxacin hydrochloride and four other antibacterial agents. The results showed that the sensitivity to Escherichia coli was highly sensitive to enrofloxacin and kanamycin, respectively. Synergistic sodium sulphadiazine and sulindac-daunorubicin showed moderate sensitivity, ampicillin showed low sensitivity, The susceptibility to Staphylococcus aureus was moderately sensitive to enrofloxacin hydrochloride, kanamycin, ampicillin, and fondronectin sulfate, and synergistic sodium sulfadiazine showed low sensitivity. The combined susceptibility results showed that enrofloxacin combined with kanamycin showed an additive effect on Staphylococcus aureus, the combination of enrofloxacin hydrochloride and ampicillin showed an additive effect on E. coli, and the other combination effects on Escherichia coli And Staphylococcus aureus are irrelevant.
