目的讨论凋亡抑制蛋白livin和survivin在食管癌组织的表达情况及两者的相关性。方法采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测食管癌组织和食管旁组织的livin和survivin的mRNA表达,并用western blot分析livin和survivin蛋白的表达。结果46例食管癌组织中有24例livin表达(52.17%),survivin为46例中28例表达(60.87%),两种基因的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、组织分化和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);24例survivin阳性样本中有14例livin呈阳性,而两基因之间不存在相关性(P>0.05)。结论livin和survivin将是食管癌组织中的新治疗标记。
Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis inhibitor protein livin and survivin in esophageal carcinoma and the relationship between the two. Methods The mRNA expressions of livin and survivin in esophageal cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues were detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The expressions of livin and survivin protein were detected by western blot. Results The expression of livin in 24 cases (52.17%) and survivin in 46 cases (60.87%) was found in 46 cases of esophageal cancer tissues. The expressions of these two genes were correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis ). Of the 24 survivin positive samples, 14 cases were positive for livin, but there was no correlation between the two genes (P> 0.05). Conclusion Livin and survivin will be the new therapeutic markers in esophageal cancer.
