研究了20钢室温冷变形后膏剂硼锆共渗层组织、冷变形量和共渗时间对渗层深度的影响。结果表明,室温冷变形降低了渗层中FeB相含量,从而改善了渗层脆性,且随变形量增加,渗层深度增加,在某一变形度下,渗层深度达到极大值。
The effect of cold deformation and co-permeation time on the depth of the infiltrated layer was investigated after cold deformation of 20 steel at room temperature. The results show that the cold deformation at room temperature decreases the content of FeB phase and improves the brittleness of the infiltrated layer. With the increase of deformation, the depth of the infiltrated layer increases, and the depth of the infiltrated layer reaches a maximum at a certain degree of deformation.
