考察了不同浓度标准蛋白及制剂与福林(Folin)试剂反应后的吸收值 ,结果表明 :参加反应的对照品及供试品量在约120μg时显色后的吸收度在0.3以上 ,符合中国药典附录中的有关要求[1]。
The results showed that the absorbance of the standard protein and its preparation after reaction with Folin reagent showed that the absorbance of the reference substance and the test sample after the reaction at a concentration of about 120μg was above 0.3, Pharmacopoeia appendix in the relevant requirements [1].
