Just over 50 years old this year, Linda Carruna, founder of the Chimpanzee Clinic in Louisiana, a nonprofit organization, started her talk about her experiences 25 years ago. At that time Linda, a master’s degree in biology, was interning at a biological institute in Indiana, USA. There, she saw many chimpanzees used to experiment.
