在内径为50mm的水平管中,对空气、水段塞流下的液塞长度分布进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该流态下的液塞长度呈对数正态分布,平均液塞长度与气液相混合速度具有典型的二次多项式关系。当折算液速较小时,反映液塞长度波动长程相关性的Hurst指数与气液相混合速度具有递增的线性关系,液塞长度分布遵循分形统计规律。
In a horizontal pipe with an inner diameter of 50 mm, the length distribution of the liquid slug under air and water slug flow was experimentally studied. The experimental results show that the length of the liquid slug is lognormal distribution, and the average length of the liquid slug has a typical quadratic polynomial relationship with the gas-liquid mixing velocity. When the liquid velocity is small, the Hurst exponent, which reflects the long-range dependence of liquid plug length fluctuation, has an increasing linear relationship with the gas-liquid mixing velocity. The liquid plug length distribution follows the fractal statistical rule.
