对３６例闭合性肾损伤患者行手术治疗。保留肾脏者１６例，切肾者２０例。再次手术３例。术后并发高血压者２例。分析认为需严格掌握手术指征。术中应仔细探查，并对肾损伤术后并发症作了分析。 Thirty-six patients with closed renal injury underwent surgical treatment. Retained kidney in 16 cases, cut in 20 cases. Reoperation in 3 cases. Postoperative hypertension in 2 cases. Analysis that should be strictly controlled surgical indications. Surgery should be carefully explored, and postoperative complications of renal injury were analyzed.
