应用外源性前列环素(PGI_2)治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠,并观察其对胰腺血流量和血小板聚集率的影响。AP大鼠模型采用胰管内注射牛磺胆酸钠溶液,胰腺血流量应用 ̄86RbCl组织摄取法,血小板聚集率采用ADP诱导聚集法。结果表明,PGI_2治疗组胰腺血流量显著增加、血小板聚集率降低、腹水量减少、胰腺病理损害显著减轻、大鼠死亡率下降。提示PGI_2通过影响胰腺血液循环而改善AP大鼠预后。
Exogenous prostacyclin (PGI_2) was used in the treatment of acute pancreatitis (AP) in rats, and its effect on pancreatic blood flow and platelet aggregation rate was observed. AP rat model by injection of sodium taurocholate intra-pancreatic duct solution, pancreatic blood flow ~ 86RbCl tissue uptake method, platelet aggregation rate using ADP induced aggregation method. The results showed that the pancreatic blood flow increased significantly, the platelet aggregation rate decreased, the amount of ascites decreased, the pathological damage of pancreas decreased and the mortality rate decreased in PGI_2 treatment group. These results suggest that PGI_2 can improve the prognosis of AP rats by affecting the blood circulation of the pancreas.
