通过改变温度,细胞分裂素6 BA浓度后对春兰的过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性多糖含量变化的测定,研究不同培养条件对春兰生理活动的影响.结果显示:春兰的过氧化物酶活性受温度及细胞分裂素浓度影响的强弱顺序是18℃、30℃、26℃、22℃,8mg/L、2mg/L、4mg/L、6mg/L;丙二醛含量受温度及细胞分裂素浓度影响的强弱顺序是30℃、22℃、18℃、26℃,2mg/L、8mg/L、4mg/L、6mg/L;可溶性蛋白质含量受温度及细胞分裂素浓度影响的强弱顺序是26℃、30℃、22℃、18℃,6mg/L、4mg/L、8mg/L、2mg/L;可溶性多糖含量受温度及细胞分裂素浓度影响的强弱顺序是26℃、22℃、30℃、18℃,6mg/L、4mg/L、8mg/L、2mg/L.由此表明春兰在本实验温度范围内,最适生长温度为26℃,最适细胞分裂素6 BA浓度为6mg/L.
