黑木耳的生活能力较平菇弱,即使用熟料栽培,因其发菌慢,常遭杂菌污染。再就是采收第一潮耳后,极易发生暴发性绿霉污染。针对这些问题,江苏省滨海县食用菌技术研究所经过多年探索,总结出一套菌墙覆泥栽培黑木耳的高产新技术。应用该技术栽培1 000千克料的黑木耳,在室温下发菌时间45天,污染率仅0.5%,生物效率达120%以上。黑木耳菌墙覆泥高产栽培技术要点如下:1.适时制种原种培养基配方为:棉籽壳
