目的 了解社区老年居民健康状况及用药情况。方法 对 80 7位 6 0岁以上老年居民进行健康状况和用药情况调查。结果 汽南社区老年人患有 3种以上疾病者占 6 6 5 4% ,且随年龄增长所患疾病种类增加 ;6 3 82 %的老年人同时使用 4种以上药物。结论 社区卫生服务应从生物 -心理 -社会三维角度全面评价一个人 ,尽量延缓疾病的发生及减少用药种类 ,一方面减少药物对人体的毒副作用 ,另一方面降低医药费用。
Objective To understand the health status and medication status of elderly residents in the community. Methods The health status and medication status of 80 7 elderly residents over 60 years old were investigated. Results The elderly people with 3 or more diseases accounted for 665.4% of the elderly in the steam field, and the types of diseases increased with age; 63.8% of the elderly people used more than 4 drugs at the same time. Conclusion The community health service should comprehensively evaluate a person from the biological-psychological-social three-dimensional perspective, delay the occurrence of the disease as much as possible and reduce the use of drugs, on the one hand, reducing the toxic side effects of drugs on the human body, and on the other hand, reduce the medical expenses.
