From the perspective of behavioral science, the author analyzes the meanings, characteristics, and roles of QC group behavior in the enterprise management. Explained how to strengthen the guidance of group behavior of QC group and give full play to the positive role of the informal group of QC group in order to improve the quality management level of the company.
