电视机发生时有时无的故障称为软故障。发生软故障的原因主要有以下三种:(1)元器件与邻近电路脱开不完全,使得元器件在电路中时断时开,影响了电路的功能;(2)机内温升引起元器件变质;(3)灰尘、塑料老化、空气潮醒使绝缘电阻或电路分布参数发生变化。 检修方法 由第一种原因引起的这类故障与电视机使用时间无关,在软故障中所占比例最大。元器件脱开的原因有:(1)元器件管脚氧化,使之与焊盘脱开或松动。(2)振动引起元器件相碰、焊盘与周围银条断裂、与元器件相连的银条断裂。(3)元器件内部生锈或氧化,造成接触不良。(4)接插件插
