一、引言中国计量科学研究院和陕西机械学院研制的双频激光干涉仪最近在北京进行了鉴定。与会者一致赞扬这是一项在毛泽东思想指引下,反对帝、修、反,反封锁的科研成果。双频激光干涉仪接收系统是交流工作的,克服了单频激光干涉仪的直流漂移;抗干扰能力强,适合于车间精密测量使用。量程大,速度块(当频差约为2兆赫时测量速度可达0.5米/秒),但对空气折射率的影响需经修正,另外,双频激光器的波长复现性差,目前仅在10~(-7)数量级内。
I. INTRODUCTION The dual-frequency laser interferometer developed by China Institute of Metrology and Shaanxi Institute of Machinery recently was appraised in Beijing. The participants unanimously praised this as a scientific research result that is under the guidance of Mao Zedong Thought and opposed to imperialism, revisionism, opposition and anti-blockade. Dual-frequency laser interferometer receiver system is AC work, to overcome the single-frequency laser interferometer DC drift; anti-interference ability, suitable for precision measurement workshop. Large range, speed block (when the frequency difference is about 2 MHz measurement speed of up to 0.5 m / s), but the impact of air refractive index to be amended, in addition, dual-frequency laser wavelength reproducibility is poor, currently only 10 ~ (-7) orders of magnitude.
