目的探讨甲状腺激素与骨代谢的关系。方法对 40例甲状腺机能亢进 (甲亢 )患者和 40名正常人对照组血清 型前胶原羧基末端前肽 (PICP)、 型胶原羧基端吡啶并啉交联肽 (ICTP)、骨钙素 (BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(AL P)、FT3、FT4测定。结果表明甲亢患者血清 PICP、ICTP、BGP、AL P均明显增高 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,相关分析表明血清 FT3、FT4与 PICP、ICTP、BGP、AL T均呈正相关。结论甲状腺激素可能直接参与骨代谢 ,且骨吸收过程增加较为明显 ,造成骨量丢失。
Objective To investigate the relationship between thyroid hormone and bone metabolism. Methods Serum procollagen carboxyterminal propeptide (PICP), collagen type CTP, BGP were determined in 40 patients with hyperthyroidism (Hyperthyroidism) and 40 normal controls. , Alkaline phosphatase (ALP), FT3 and FT4. The results showed that serum PICP, ICTP, BGP and ALP in patients with hyperthyroidism were significantly increased (P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum FT3, FT4 and PICP, ICTP, BGP and ALT. Conclusions Thyroid hormone may be directly involved in bone metabolism, and the process of bone resorption increases more obviously, resulting in loss of bone mass.
