目的:探讨血清miR-126的水平变化在先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿中的检测价值。方法:选取2013年1~6月本院心内科CHD患儿54例,其中左向右分流型先心病组(非发绀组)40例(心衰组20例,无心衰组20例),右向左分流型先心病组(发绀组)14例,正常对照组20例。测定各组患儿血清中miR-126的水平,分析新生儿CHD血清miR-126与心力衰竭的相关性。结果:相比正常对照组,非发绀组和发绀组患儿血清miR-126表达水平显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且发绀组患儿血清miR-126表达水平低于非发绀组(P<0.01)。在非发绀组患儿中,心衰组miR-126表达水平低于无心衰组(P<0.001)。结论:CHD患儿血清miR-126显著降低,且病情越重降低越明显,提示miR-126可能参与了CHD的病变过程,可作为预测CHD风险的独立评价指标。
Objective: To investigate the value of serum miR-126 levels in children with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods: From January to June 2013, 54 children with CHD in our department of cardiology were enrolled. Among them, 40 cases of CHD (non-cyanotic group), 40 cases of heart failure (20 cases of heart failure, 20 cases of no heart failure) Right to left shunt congenital heart disease group (cyanotic group) 14 cases, 20 cases of normal control group. The serum levels of miR-126 in each group were measured, and the correlation between neonatal CHD serum miR-126 and heart failure was analyzed. Results: Compared with normal control group, serum miR-126 expression was significantly lower in non-cyanotic group and cyanotic group (P <0.05, P <0.01), and serum cyanotic miR-126 expression in cyanotic group was lower than that in non-cyanotic group (P <0.01). In non-cyanotic group, the expression of miR-126 in heart failure group was lower than that in no heart failure group (P <0.001). Conclusions: The serum levels of miR-126 in children with CHD were significantly lower and the more severe the disease was, the more obvious the decrease was. It suggested that miR-126 may be involved in the pathological changes of CHD and could be used as an independent predictor of CHD risk.
