目的 :观察 4 - (3-硝基 -苯基 ) 1,4 -二氢 - 2 ,6 -二亚基 - 3,5 -吡啶二羧酸 3-甲基酯 ,5 - [2 - (1,6 -0 -失水 - 3,4 - 0 -异亚丙基 D-吡喃半乳糖 ) ]酯 (即 BN3C)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤。结果 :BN3C 2 .5μg/ kg、5μg/ kg、10μg/ kg可显著降低缺血再灌注后心律失常的发生率 ,缩短心律失常持续时间 ,防止室颤的发生 ;减少心肌丙二醛含量 ,提高心肌超氧化物歧化酶活性 ;降低血中肌酸激酶活性 ,缩小心肌梗死范围。结论 :BN3C对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of 4 - (3 - nitro - phenyl) 1,4 - dihydro - 2, 6 - , 6 -0 - dehydration - 3,4 - O - isopropylidene - D - galactopyranose]) ester (BN3C) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: Ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery caused myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Results BN3C 2 .5μg / kg, 5μg / kg, 10μg / kg could significantly reduce the incidence of arrhythmia after ischemia-reperfusion, shorten the duration of arrhythmia and prevent the occurrence of ventricular fibrillation; reduce the myocardial MDA content and increase Myocardial superoxide dismutase activity; reduce blood creatine kinase activity, reduce the scope of myocardial infarction. Conclusion: BN3C has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
