目的了解北京某区不同级别医疗机构消毒状况,为加强基层单位消毒管理提供参考。方法采用现场采样和检测方法,对该区各级医疗机构的消毒效果进行了监测。结果 2010年度对该区各级医疗机构采样3 176份,消毒质量平均总合格率为95.9%。以物体表面和使用中消毒剂合格率最高,均达到98%以上。压力蒸汽灭菌效果生物监测合格率为93.2%,医务人员手卫生质量合格率为88.9%。结论北京市某区二、三级医院消毒灭菌质量优于社区和基层诊所等单位,应加强对基层医疗机构消毒管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of medical institutions at different levels in a district of Beijing and provide references for strengthening the disinfection management of grass-roots units. Methods The on-site sampling and testing methods were used to monitor the disinfection effects of medical institutions at all levels in the district. Results In 2010, 3,176 medical institutions at all levels in the district were sampled, and the average total pass rate of disinfection quality was 95.9%. To the surface and the use of disinfectants the highest pass rate, reached more than 98%. The pressure steam sterilization effect biological monitoring pass rate was 93.2%, medical staff hand hygiene quality pass rate was 88.9%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization in second and third level hospitals in a district of Beijing is better than those in communities and grassroots clinics. The disinfection and management of primary medical institutions should be strengthened.
