目的探讨桥小脑角区占位性病变的影像学特征及鉴别诊断。为临床提供更具有价值的医学影像学信息。方法选择吉林市人民医院2015至2016年经临床证实的桥小脑角区占位44例,对其核磁共振(MR)影像学特征进行分析。结果听神经瘤29例,脑膜瘤7例,三叉神经瘤5例,表皮样囊肿2例,血管母细胞瘤1例。每一种桥小脑角区病变均具有特征性的MR表现,29例听神经瘤均可见不同程度的内听道扩大。7例脑膜瘤病灶均明显强化,并可见脑膜尾征。5例三叉神经瘤均呈哑铃状生长,跨中、后颅窝。2例表皮样囊肿DWI图像上均呈高信号影,并见囊壁强化。1例血管膜细胞瘤呈典型大囊小结节特点。结论桥小脑角区占位具有明显的核磁共振影像学特征,对于指导临床治疗具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the imaging features and differential diagnosis of space-occupying lesions in the cerebellopontine angle. To provide more valuable clinical medical imaging information. Methods Forty-four patients with clinically confirmed cerebellopontine angle area from Jilin Provincial People’s Hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected to analyze their magnetic resonance imaging features. RESULTS: There were 29 acoustic neuromas, 7 meningiomas, 5 trigeminal neuromas, 2 epidermoid cysts and 1 hemangioblastoma. Each cerebellopontine angle lesion has a characteristic MR manifestations, 29 cases of acoustic neuroma are visible to varying degrees of internal auditory canal enlargement. 7 cases of meningioma lesions were significantly enhanced, and visible signs of meningeal tail. 5 cases of trigeminal neurinoma were dumbbell-shaped growth, cross in the posterior fossa. 2 cases of epidermoid cyst DWI images showed high signal, and see the wall enhancement. One case of medulloblastoma was characterized by large nodules. Conclusions The cerebellopontine angle occupies a significant magnetic resonance imaging feature and is of great value in guiding the clinical treatment.
