在学校教育工作中,少先队的工作是重要的一环,怎样更好地开展少先队工作,使每个少先队队员全面、健康发展,在各种活动中都能受到鼓舞和启发,从而能主动投身到学习当中去,这是每个教育者都应思考的问题。在开展少先队的工作时,要着重培养少年的实践能力、科学精神和创新精神,促进少年的全面发展。在开展少先队活动时,要引导学生走进生活实践,把少先队的活动从内容到形式都赋予创新。
