长时间以来,用于直喷柴油机的带孔式喷油嘴的国产喷油器总成的工作可靠性不尽人意。主要故障是由于较大金属颗粒进入喷油嘴偶件后造成喷孔堵塞和针阀卡死。为此,我们研制了缝隙式滤清喷油器总成,并进行了它对喷油量、嘴端压力波、增压和非增压柴油机的动力、经济和排放性能影响试验以及滤清效果和工作可靠性试验。批量投产后证明,喷油器总成加装缝隙式滤芯后,柴油机性能不受影响而其可靠性大幅度提高。
For a long time, the working reliability of domestic fuel injector assemblies with hole injectors for direct injection diesel engines has been unsatisfactory. The main fault is due to larger metal particles into the nozzle even after the nozzle orifice caused by plugging and needle stuck. To this end, we have developed a slit filter injector assembly and conducted its tests on the fuel injection quantity, pressure at the mouth end, the dynamic, economic and emission performance of supercharged and non-supercharged diesel engines, and the filtration effect And work reliability test. After mass production proved that the installation of fuel injector assembly gap filter, the diesel engine performance is not affected and its reliability greatly improved.
