目的对疑似流感病毒患者标本进行病毒核酸检测诊断,探讨实时荧光定量PCR法在流行性感冒检测诊断中的意义。方法采用WHO标准实时荧光定量PCR法对2010年10月本地区采集的8份疑似甲型H1N1流感患者咽拭子标本进行病毒核酸检测。结果 8份咽拭子标本中有6份呈甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性,阳性率75%。结论实时荧光定量PCR法操作相对简单,耗时短,特异性强,灵敏度高,可作为基层疾控中心流感疫情可靠的快速诊断方法。
Objective To detect the virus nucleic acid in patients with suspected influenza virus and to explore the significance of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in the detection and diagnosis of influenza. Methods The viral nucleic acid of 8 throat swabs from 8 suspected influenza A (H1N1) influenza patients collected in this area in October 2010 were detected by WHO standard real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results 6 of the 8 throat swab specimens were positive for the influenza A (H1N1) virus, with a positive rate of 75%. Conclusion The method of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR is relatively simple, time consuming, specific and sensitive. It can be used as a reliable and rapid diagnostic method of influenza epidemic in primary disease control center.
