如图所示的光整端铣刀,是一种可以大大地改善加工表面光洁度、提高劳动生产率的新型铣刀。这种铣刀的圆形刀体1上,装有带可自由回转刀也3的轴2,刀齿3为标准的圆形硬质合金(TK或BK)刀片(根据加工材料不同而定)。借助于盘形弹簧4和螺母5,刀齿3装在铁石墨轴承6上,它可以自动补偿由于摩擦表面磨损所产生的轴向间隙。这种铣刀的设计,采用了切线旋转切削的方法,刀齿3与刀体1主运动的轴线倾斜成β_y角安装(图示)。
The finished end mill, shown in the figure, is a new type of milling cutter that greatly improves the finish of machined surfaces and improves labor productivity. The circular cutter body 1 of this cutter is equipped with a shaft 2 with a freely rotatable knife 3, which is a standard round carbide (TK or BK) blade (depending on the material being processed) .
