[目的]明确3.6%烟碱·苦参碱CS对苜蓿蚜虫和蓟马的田间控制效果及使用剂量。[方法]采用喷雾法测定3.6%烟碱·苦参碱CS对苜蓿蚜虫和蓟马的田间防效。[结果]该药剂在18.0、24.0 g a.i./hm~2时,药后1~7 d对苜蓿蚜虫的防效为93.3%~98.5%和95.3%~99.4%,防效均显著好于12.0 g a.i./hm~2剂量和2种对照药剂。该药剂在12.0、18.0、24.0 g a.i./hm~2时,药后1~7 d对苜蓿蓟马的防效分别为84.7%~95.8%、94.8%~96.6%和95.6%~98.6%,防效显著好于2种对照药剂。[结论]3.6%烟碱·苦参碱CS对苜蓿蚜虫和蓟马均具有良好防治效果,其使用剂量为12.0~18.0 g a.i./hm~2为宜。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the field control effect and the dosage of 3.6% nicotine matrine CS on alfalfa aphids and thrips. [Method] The field control effect of 3.6% nicotine and matrine CS on alfalfa aphids and thrips was determined by spray method. [Result] The control efficacy of alfalfa aphids was 93.3% ~ 98.5% and 95.3% ~ 99.4% at 18.0 and 24.0 g ai / hm ~ 2, respectively. The control effect was significantly better than 12.0 g ai / hm ~ 2 dose and two kinds of reference drug. The control efficacy of alfalfa thrips was 84.7% -95.8%, 94.8% -96.6% and 95.6% -98.6%, respectively, at 1-7.0 d after drug application at 12.0, 18.0 and 24.0 g ai / hm ~ Significantly better than the two kinds of control agents. [Conclusion] The 3.6% nicotine and matrine CS had good control effects on alfalfa aphids and thrips, and the optimum dosage was 12.0 ~ 18.0 g a.i./hm~2.
