[目的]探讨细胞周期蛋白B1(CyclinB1)、细胞周期蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶(CDK1)在良恶性淋巴疾病中的表达差异及其临床病理意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测CyclinB1、CDK1在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)组织及淋巴结反应性增生(RH)组织中的表达情况。[结果]CyclinB1、CDK1在NHL中的阳性表达率分别为83.13%和84.34%,在RH组织中的表达分别为30.00%和25.00%,两者在良、恶性淋巴疾病中的表达存在显著差异(P<0.01);CyclinB1、CDK1在有结外受侵的NHL患者中的阳性表达率分别为94.74%和94.74%,明显高于无结外受侵的患者(73.33%和75.56%),在侵袭性NHL中显著高于惰性NHL(P<0.05);NHL中CyclinB1在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的表达显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。[结论]检测CyclinB1、CDK1的表达情况有助于NHL和RH的鉴别诊断,对判断NHL的恶性程度有一定的临床价值。
[Objective] To investigate the differences of CyclinB1 and CDK1 expression in benign and malignant lymphoid diseases and their clinicopathological significance. [Method] The expressions of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and lymph node reactive hyperplasia (RH) tissues were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. [Results] The positive rates of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in NHL were 83.13% and 84.34%, respectively. The expressions of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in NHL tissues were 30.00% and 25.00%, respectively. There were significant differences in the expressions of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in NHL P <0.01). The positive expression rates of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in NHL patients with extranodal invasion were 94.74% and 94.74%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those without extranodal involvement (73.33% and 75.56% (P <0.05). The expression of CyclinB1 in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ of NHL was significantly higher than that of stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Detecting the expression of CyclinB1 and CDK1 contribute to the differential diagnosis of NHL and RH, and has certain clinical value in judging the malignant degree of NHL.
