近年来,随着我国经济的发展,社保基金规模也持续快速增长,做好基金的监管工作至关重要,如何对其进行有效的监管,在保证其安全性的前提下,实现社保基金的保值增值就成为摆在社保基金监管部门面前的一个亟待解决的问题。笔者就我国目前社保基金的监管现状进行分析,借鉴国外发达国家实践经验并结合我国具体国情提出相应对策。 In recent years, with the economic development of our country, the scale of social insurance funds has also continued to grow rapidly. It is of vital importance to supervise and manage the fund. How to supervise the fund effectively and ensure the safety of the social insurance fund? Added value has become a problem to be solved in front of the social security fund regulatory authorities. The author analyzes the status quo of the current supervision of social security funds in our country, draws lessons from the practical experience of developed countries and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to China’s specific national conditions.
