为进一步探讨肿瘤坏死因子(tumornecrosisfactor,TNF)和白细胞介素6(interleukin6,IL6)在GBS免疫病理机制中的作用,采用放射免疫法EILSA法对37例GBS患者、35例其它神经系统疾病患者及30例正常人血清中的TNF和IL6水平进行了测定。结果GBS患者血清TNF水平增高,与其它神经系统疾病组比较差异显著(P<0.01);GBS患者血清IL6检测阳性率为62.16%,与其它神经系统疾病组及正常对照组比较差异显著(P<0.001)。进一步分析发现GBS患者血清TNF和IL6升高的水平与病情轻重有关。我们的结果提示GBS患者免疫功能失调,TNF和IL6可能参与了GBS的免疫病理机制,且与病情轻重有关
To further investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in GBS immunopathological mechanism, 37 patients with GBS and 35 patients with other neurological diseases were treated with radioimmunoassay Patients and 30 normal serum TNF and IL 6 levels were measured. Results The level of serum TNF in GBS patients was significantly higher than that in other neurological diseases (P <0.01). The positive rate of serum IL6 in GBS patients was 62.16%. Compared with other neurological diseases and normal controls The difference was significant (P <0.001). Further analysis found that GBS patients with elevated serum TNF and IL 6 levels and severity of the disease. Our results suggest that GBS patients with immune dysfunction, TNF and IL 6 may be involved in the immune pathology of GBS, and the severity of the disease
