在实施英语素质教育过程中,中学教师及教育专家对中学英语教学法进行了有益的探索,人们较多地坚持功能法的观点,认为中学英语教学应坚持以语言现象本身为重,主张从听说入手,经过“听说读写”的学习过程,在其中自然把握语言规则。本文指出了功能法的局限性,提出“新功能法”观点,并对如何坚持“新功能法”原则,解决具体教学问题,落实中学英语素质教育提出了建设性意见。
In the process of carrying out English quality education, middle school teachers and educational experts have made useful explorations on English teaching method in middle school. Many people insist on the viewpoint of functional law that English teaching in middle school should adhere to the language phenomenon itself, Said to start, after “listening and speaking ” learning process, which naturally grasp the language rules. This paper points out the limitations of the functional law, puts forward the view of “new functional law”, and puts forward constructive suggestions on how to uphold the principle of “new functional law”, solve specific teaching problems and implement the quality education in secondary schools.
