我公司4号高炉(100m~3)因炉役期满,于1997年9月20日停炉大修。为了使停炉操作安全、快速、低耗,我们认真分析了我公司多年的停炉操作方法,大胆地提出了探尺孔打水、焦丁入炉、大风量操作的停炉方法。停炉操作安全快速。仅用了5小时40分;料面按要求降到风口部位;死铁层厚度薄的仅210mm,厚的也只有320mm;并节省焦炭15吨多。 1 探尺孔打水,控制好炉顶温度多年来,我公司一直沿用传统的停炉方法进行操作,效果常常不尽人意。其中最棘手的问题就是炉顶温度的控制与炉顶爆炸问
