在介绍环己烷/PDMS体系中起泡脱挥气泡场的激光全息图记录与再现的基础上,对其全息图通过计算机进行了VPPSA颗粒形状分析和数据处理。讨论了液体高度、操作真空度和环己烷初始浓度对数均气泡直径的影响。实验结果表明,数均气泡直径随液体高度增加而增加,随操作真空度和环己烷初始浓度的增加而稍增大。液体高度是其主要影响因素。同时,对测量误差的影响因素也进行了讨论。
Based on the introduction of the laser hologram record and reproduction in bubble / devolatilization bubble field in cyclohexane / PDMS system, the hologram of VPPSA particle shape analysis and data processing was carried out by computer. The effects of liquid height, operating vacuum and cyclohexane initial concentration on the number average bubble diameter were discussed. The experimental results show that the number-average bubble diameter increases with the increase of liquid height and slightly increases with the increase of operating vacuum and the initial concentration of cyclohexane. Liquid height is the main factor. At the same time, the influencing factors of measurement error are also discussed.
