纪念《中华人民共和国会计法》(以下简称《会计法》)施行20周年座谈会于4月29日在北京人民大会堂举行。全国人大常委会副委员长蒋正华出席座谈会并讲话。会议由全国人大财经委主任委员傅志寰主持,财政部部长金人庆、国务院法制办副主任张穹及有关方面代表在会上作了发言。座谈会由全国人大财经委、全国人大常委会法工委、财政部和国务院法制办联合召开。来自中央有关部门、地方财政厅(局)、注册会计师行业和部分企事业单位的代表约200人参加了会议。现将有关领导的发言编发,供大家学习和研究。
The Symposium commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Implementation of the Accounting Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Accounting Law”) was held on April 29 in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People. Jiang Zhenghua, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, attended the forum and made a speech. The meeting was presided over by Fu Zhihuan, chairman of the NPC Financial and Economic Committee. Jin Renqing, the minister of the Ministry of Finance, Zhang Qiong, deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, and other representatives made speeches at the meeting. The symposium was jointly held by the Financial and Economic Committee of the NPC, the Legal Work Committee of the NPC Standing Committee, the Ministry of Finance and the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council. About 200 representatives from relevant departments of the Central Government, Local Finance Department (bureau), CPA industry and some enterprises and institutions attended the meeting.
