高频感应加热渗硼是近年来发展起来的新工艺,国外以苏联试验研究较早,而且进行了较多的试验和理论探讨。我国盐浴渗硼和粉末固体渗硼应用较多,这些工艺存在着工艺时间长,渗硼层硬度高、脆性大等缺点,不仅影响了渗硼的应用,而且能源消耗大。为了提高渗层韧性,节约能源,我们进行了高频感应加热渗硼的研究工作。研究证明,感应加热渗硼是一种加热速度快,渗硼时间极短,节约能源,并可获得耐磨性好,韧性高的渗硼层的方法,很有应用价值。
High-frequency induction heating boronizing is developed in recent years, a new technology, the Soviet Union to foreign countries earlier experimental study, and conducted more tests and theoretical discussions. There are many applications of salt bath boring and powder solid boronizing in our country. These processes have the disadvantages of long process time, high hardness of boronizing layer and large brittleness, which not only affects the application of boronizing but also consumes a lot of energy. In order to improve the toughness of the infiltration layer and save the energy, we carried out the research of high frequency induction heating boronization. Studies have shown that induction heating boronizing is a heating rate, boron infiltration time is very short, energy saving, and get good abrasion resistance, high toughness boronizing layer method, has great application value.
