检测了１１８例胸水ＣＹＦＲＡ２１－１和ＣＥＡ浓度以及ＡＤＡ活性。其中癌性胸水６７例，结核性胸水４０例，其它良性渗漏液１１例。ＣＹＦＲＡ２１－１对癌胸水的敏感度为６２．６％，特异度为９０．２％；ＣＥＡ的敏感度为５５．２％，特异度为１００％。联合测定ＣＹＦＲＡ２１－１和ＣＥＡ对癌性胸水的敏感度可提高到８５．１％，其临床应用价值值得重视 118 cases of pleural fluid CYFRA21-1 and CEA concentrations and ADA activity were detected. There were 67 cases of cancerous pleural effusion, 40 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion, and 11 cases of other benign leakage fluids. The sensitivity of CYFRA21-1 to cancer pleural effusion was 62.6% with a specificity of 90.2%; the sensitivity of CEA was 55.2% and the specificity was 100%. Combined determination of CYFRA21-1 and CEA sensitivity to cancerous pleural effusion can be increased to 85.1%. Its clinical application value is worthy of attention
