体面劳动自问世以来,受到了越来越多的关注。本文从国内外体面劳动研究的内涵目标、测量指标、就业群体以及实现路径等方面对现有文献进行了较为详细的解读和梳理,以利于更加全面地把握体面劳动,从而为实现体面劳动奠定理论基础。 Decent work has received more and more attention since its publication. In this paper, we elaborate and review the existing literature from the connotation, measurement index, employment groups and the path of realization of decent work both at home and abroad in order to grasp the decent work in a more comprehensive way and lay a solid foundation for the realization of decent work basis.
