N-(p-甲苯基)-N'-(α,α—二甲基苄基)脲的商品名为莎扑隆(Cyperon)或K-223,是一种优良的除草剂,目前国内正在研制。为了有效地进行K-223及其主要中间产品p-甲苯脲的工艺研究,我们开展了对这两种化合物分析方法的探索。由于K-223及p-甲苯脲均为芳烃衍生物,具有特征紫外吸收光谱,但二者最大吸收波长相近,对测定互相干扰,必须在测定前将二者分离。本文介绍薄层色谱(TLC)分离K-223和p-甲苯脲的条件以及用紫外光度法进行测定的方法。
