根据祖国医学辩证论治和对高血压病的认识及近代医学中利尿剂在高血压治疗中的有效应用,我们设计了由传统滋阴生津药物生地,平肝潜阳药物钩藤和利水渗湿药物泽泻组成的滋潜利复方(简称复方),并对自日本引进的5—6个月龄大小的第67代卒中型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRSP)进行了降压试验。实验动物30只均分5组,(滋阴生津组平肝潜阳组、利水渗湿组滋潜利复方
