人事档案作为高职院校中重要的信息资料库,是经过组织审查或认可的,记录、反映个人经历和德才表现等相关信息,以文字、声音、图像、照片等形式保存的材料,是高职院校人事服务与管理的核心内容。然而,随着我国社会经济的发展、教育制度的不断改革,高职院校的聘用制实施,对人事档案管理工作形成了极大的冲击。笔者分析了聘用制下高职院校人事档案管理的现状和存在的问题,针对人事档案管理面临的困境,提出了相关的优化策略,推动人事档案管理的发展。

The author analyzes the status quo and existing problems of personnel file management in higher vocational colleges under the employment system. In view of the dilemma faced by personnel file management, the paper proposes relevant optimization strategies to promote the development of personnel file management.
