IntroductionrnBronchial injuries are rare (1.0%-2.8% of all trauma cases) ,but potentially fatal.80% of patients died before getting medical attention.Blunt trauma may cause severe internal injury that goes unnoticed in the absence of external marks of violence.Initial adequate diagnosis is missed in up to 68% of cases, particularly in combination with the injuries of the other organs .An early correct diagnosis and prompt surgical management are mandatory to reduce both the mortality and the morbidity.
