在博物馆展览翻译中,根据观众特点对翻译文字进行变通,而不是逐字逐词地翻译,是文博工作者需要掌握的一种技巧。根据转换内容的差异,笔者列举了展览文字变通的三种情况,分别是转换角度、添加语义和改写词汇。无论哪种变通技巧,最终目的都是为了更好地表达展览文字的含义,让观众更透彻地理解展览。熟练掌握展览文字中的各种变通方式,可以使我们的展览工作更上一层楼。
In the translation of exhibitions in museums, translating the translated texts according to the characteristics of the audiences, rather than translating them verbatim, is a skill that a literary worker needs to master. According to the difference of the conversion content, the author lists three variations of the exhibition text, namely conversion angle, semantic addition and rewriting of words. No matter what kind of alternative skills, the ultimate goal is to better express the meaning of the exhibition text, so that the audience a more thorough understanding of the exhibition. Proficiency in all the variations in the exhibition text can make our exhibition work to the next level.
