为了开发利用醋糟这一庞大的粗饲料资源,找到一条有效的加工处理途径,试验以醋糟为原料进行平菇栽培试验,以玉米芯原料作对照,设计A、B、C、D 4个配方,A配方醋糟80%,玉米芯10%;B配方醋糟65%,玉米芯25%;C配方醋糟50%,玉米芯40%;D配方醋糟10%,玉米芯80%;筛选出适合平菇生长的最佳醋糟配方,评定醋糟菌糠的营养价值。结果表明:4种醋糟配方平菇的产出效率依次为41.75%、63.25%、72.25%、81.50%。说明选取合适的醋糟比例,利用醋糟代替玉米芯栽培平菇是可行的,醋糟菌糠的营养价值丰富,氨基酸含量平衡,可以代替反刍动物饲料中的部分粗饲料。
In order to develop and utilize the huge roughage resource of vinegared grains, find an effective way of processing, test the cultivation of mushrooms with vinegared grains as the raw material, and make the four formulas of A, B, C and D , A formula vinegar 80%, corn cob 10%; B vinegar dregs 65%, corn cob 25%; C recipe vinegar grains 50%, corn cob 40%; D recipe vinegar 10%, corn cob 80%; screening The best vinegar recipe suitable for the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was evaluated, and the nutritional value of the vinegar fungus bran was evaluated. The results showed that the output efficiency of four kinds of vinegar grains recipe Pleurotus ostreatus were 41.75%, 63.25%, 72.25% and 81.50%, respectively. The results showed that it is feasible to choose suitable proportion of vinegars and grains, and use vinegar grains instead of corn cob to grow Pleurotus ostreatus. The nutritive value of vinegar waste fungus bran is rich, amino acid content balance can replace part of forage in ruminant feed.
