ZL40、ZL50装载机上普遍采用气推油式制动系统,即用气动增压装置推动液压制动的系统。这种制动系统的制动效果可以满足装载机的安全作业要求。但气压驱动系统构成复杂,需配置气泵、油水分离器、压力控制器、贮气筒、气动阀等,且气泵正常工作消耗2.2kW的功率,气泵运行噪声及排气噪声是轮式装载机的噪声源之一。1 节能减噪液压制动系统的特点装载机节能减噪液压制动系统用其变速液压系统的动力油源,取代气压驱动系统,实现液压增压制动。可节省气压系统及所耗功率,消除了气压装置运行噪声;同时,还保持了液压制动系统制动迟滞时间短,制动缸同时作用
