洞库施工中,要求在离地6米高的拱顶安装内径600毫米、总长数千米的通风管(见附图)。该风管每节长3米、重50公斤,用厚1毫米的镀锌钢板加工而成。两端加装30×30角钢围制的法兰盘,用16个M10的螺栓连接(中间有一层胶皮垫)。每节风管均用吊卡固定在拱顶的预埋螺栓上,组装后,要求整段管道平直严密。
In the construction of the cavern, it is required to install a ventilation pipe with an inner diameter of 600 mm and a total length of several kilometers on a vault with a height of 6 meters from the ground (see attached figure). The air duct is 3 meters long and weighs 50 kilograms, and is made of galvanized steel plate with a thickness of 1 mm. Both ends are equipped with 30 x 30 angle steel enclosed flanges, with 16 M10 bolts (there is a layer of rubber pad in the middle). Each section of the air duct is fixed on the embedded bolt of the vault with a lifter. After assembly, the entire section of the pipeline is required to be straight and tight.
