规模以上工业能源统计数据不仅是检验节能政策措施实施效果的重要标准,也是进一步制定相关政策的依据。目前,由于能源统计任务加重,基层统计人员岗位变动较为频繁等原因,能源统计数据质量仍存在提高空间。本文从市级能源统计人员角度出发,提出了强化报表审核、数据核查、部门联系三个方面的工作方法和建议,供参考。
Statistics on industrial energy above designated size are not only the important criteria for testing the effectiveness of energy-saving policies and measures, but also the basis for further formulating relevant policies. At present, there are still room for improvement in the quality of energy statistics due to the increase in the task of energy statistics and the frequent changes in the positions of statisticians at the grass-roots level. Based on municipal energy statisticians, this paper puts forward working methods and suggestions for strengthening the three aspects of report auditing, data verification and departmental contact, for reference.
